fastROI is a tool we developed (a module in FTTM Tools) to calculate the cost of delay for being late to market with a new product and to make trade-off decisions. It is a best practice of fast teams to know the economics of delay for their project and to use this information to accelerate decision-making and to make cost-benefit trade-off decisions.
